The Banquet Hall is a bright, semi-circular space adorned with Takaka marble on the lower walls and columns. Located in the Beehive, the large space and stunning ambiance make it the perfect venue for gala dinners and formal receptions.

HISTORY OF THE ROOM
The Banquet Hall was designed as the first function space in Parliament, big enough to hold State banquets. The first event held here was on the 28th of February 1977, when Queen Elizabeth II officially opened the Beehive.
